The Charter Center and Special Education Collaborative invite you to join us for a panel discussion about legal issues schools encounter with respect to services for students with disabilities and English language learners in charter schools. Come listen to in-house charter school lawyers and counsel representing charter schools discuss issues such as how to create successful and compliant programs for special populations, how to effectively utilize impartial hearings and steps schools can take to protect themselves against legal challenges.
