Presented by Kim Marshall
Kim Marshall returns to deliver one of our most popular topics! These sessions will explore why the conventional model isn’t working and how supervisors can get into classrooms, be perceptive observers, and coach teachers on continuous improvement. For mini-observations to be effective at improving teaching and learning, participants will explore ten elements need to be in place. Coaching of teachers needs to be based on data and feedback needs to be authentic to the teacher. This interactive session is full of practical tools, application sessions, video observation practice, and group discussion.
Suggested Audience: Coaches/Deans, Administrators and School Leaders
