Center City Public Charter Schools in Washington, D.C. will provide a glimpse into the planning and implementation of practical and proven strategies that they have developed. Center City PCS is locally and nationally recognized for its innovative instructional components that support their English Learners.
Alicia Passante is the ELL Program Manager for the 6 charter schools in the Center City PCS network, whose work has led her CMO’s ELLs to achieve the highest gains of all schools in Washington D.C. Hannah Groff is the Language Access Coordinator for all 6 campuses and works to provide equal academic access to linguistically diverse families.
