Working with teenagers can be extremely rewarding, and also bring phenomenal challenges. Our students’ brains are developing more every day, and the more we understand how their brains develop, the more we can support them. In this session, we will focus on the biology of the teenage brain, but also on some strategies to respond to some of the academic and emotional behaviors we see in our adolescents.
Attendees will learn differentiation strategies that focus on how to better support our adolescent students, all of whom are in different stages of their brain development.
